On Saturday 11th March, I visited the V&A museum in South Kensington, London. I visited most of the exhibitions, ranging from Baroque furniture and clothing to a silver and jewellery exhibition. When visiting the museum I focused on different structures of sculptures and artefacts, relating to architecture, as well as sketches and line drawings. I also looked at human forms as a link to human ergonomics. As well as the inside exhibitions, I sketched and photographed the museum itself, looking at the details of the 1800s architecture.
Below are some photos I took of the museum and some exhibits, including the architecture exhibit of historical and modern examples of architecture and scale models.
